I did a bachelors in HR, started working in recruitment directly afterwards. After some time, in a very organic way I became more curious about ‘the why’ of people. I started reading about internal drivers, believe systems, psychological safety etc. This new knowledge also integrated organically in my interviews, asking different types of questions. The interviews or conversations grew more rewarding for me and I think also for the candidates. I’ve completed a course in career coaching last year and now I’m very happy to be at McKinsey to support Aberkyn in the affiliate attraction process.
