I believe that leadership is disrupting the status quo for a meaningful purpose at a rate that your people can stand. My aspiration is to build more conscious, compassionate leaders who can positively impact their organizations and our world. To accomplish this, I help clients across industries accelerate cultural change and business outcomes in times of uncertainty by coaching leaders, designing and facilitating experiential learning journeys, and advising on systemic approaches to sustain transformational change at scale.
I have been a management consultant for over a decade. Prior to Aberkyn and McKinsey, I worked as both an Innovation and Learning Consultant with a focus on large scale transformational change. I started my career in a management training program, rotating through various Human Resources functions and growing a deep passion and appreciation for human-capital work. My education includes a MPhil in Education from the University of Cambridge and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. I live in the mountains of Tahoe with my husband and four-year-old son and enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, biking, sailing, and skiing, yet I’m a city-girl at heart and love getting back to my hometown of New York for theatre, museums, and cuisine from around the world.
