My mission is to help people and organizations shine their light. I believe there is something inside which is so strong and ready for manifestation by our own doing, enabling us to live our mission, vision and core values. I like to design and facilitate values–driven leadership and corporate culture transformation journeys: programs with an integral approach offering spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical perspectives and experiences.

My clients often describe me as energizing, passionate, challenging, searching for ‘the crux of the matter’ and fun to work with. I build a supportive, safe and challenging field to stimulate awareness and responsibility.

Before Aberkyn I’ve worked for ING/Nationale Nederlanden/Robeco in marketing, sales and client relations management. My focus was liberating “energy and spirit” in people/teams and I contributed to several corporate culture change/MD projects. In 2007 I founded my own company in leadership and corporate culture transformation programs. In cooperation with BoerCroon, I contributed to the establishment of their leadership practice.

I studied architecture at TU/Delft and achieved a master’s in business administration and marketing from the University of Rotterdam. I have pursued extensive training in organizational behavior and leadership programs (IMD), coaching, mediation, energy, work/family and organization constellations.

My home is in Vlaardingen/Netherlands where I live with my wife and 2 daughters. We love travelling the world, staying in the mountains, enjoying nature. I have a keen interest in many sports, tennis and skiing, in particular. I also create and facilitate leadership wilderness trails in remote parts of Norway, the Alps and Italy for entrepreneurs and persons in leadership positions.
