I am an Executive Coach, Facilitator of Team and Group dynamics and an Organizational Psychologist with nearly 25 years of experience in Leadership and Organizational Development & Culture Transformation. I have worked with CEOs, leadership teams and top talent across a variety of sectors and transformation contexts. My working belief is that our inner world impacts the outer conditions we cultivate for our teams and stakeholders. I take both a personal and systemic philosophy to my work with leaders, holding the mirror up to understand what leaders can do to discover the answers to two of life’s most fundamental questions: Who am I, and What is my Work? When we are connected to purpose and are clear of the gifts we bring, we can manifest the reality and opportunity we desire.

I lead the Wilderness Trail offering in North America as I am incredibly passionate about regenerative leadership and working with business post pandemic to reconnect leaders to themselves, to each other and to nature; as nature is a critical stakeholder for our civilization. I am a mother of two girls and so feel committed to leave behind a planet that is capable of sustaining life for generations to come.
I also believe in using my place of privilege in society to elevate the lives of others around us, especially young women. I mentor with the refugee community here in Louisville and am a mentor for young ethnic women leaders.

I originally am from Zimbabwe and South Africa, and travelled the work extensively as a child before completing my education in Britain. After living in the Virgin Islands for several years I now live in Kentucky in the US with my husband Justin, our two girls Georgia and Rae, and our feline huntress, Coral.
