The last 25 years of my life I have studied, lived and worked in various parts of the world, exploring and learning through academe and real–world experiences. My unique identity lies in my ability to build knowledge and expertise across four very diverse domains and integrate them into my core domain.

The power of statistics and analytics from my degree in engineering, the intensity of emotion, aesthetics and bodywork from being a dancer, the impact of visionary business leadership from my corporate leadership experience and the regenerative essence of socially conscious leadership from my work in the social space, all creating a confluence of perspectives that have stood by me in good stead in facilitating transformation in a truly holistic and purposeful manner.

I live with my family in Bangalore, India for 20 days in a month and the remaining 10 days in a month I live in a tribal village in Odisha, India. The NGO that I have founded in the village aims at enabling severely marginalized communities find their rightful impactful voice in mainstream society.
