I have worked with global senior executives and their top teams since 2006 and have discovered that the skillsets of a midwife serve business leaders well during times of personal and organizational transformation. When faced with unprecedented business challenges, the courage to face the unknown requires that leaders trust compassion, wisdom and intuition as guiding principles for solid business decisions. Our technological capability in the world has grown beyond imagination, but our wisdom has not. Integrating wisdom with logic in business enables courageous leaders to close the gaps and bring forth transformation for themselves and the companies they lead

My life’s journey has brought me from expatriate living in Greenland to the desert of Abu Dhabi. When I am not working, I can be found spending time with my husband and three wonderful children by the coastline of Denmark. I enjoy singing, reading, painting, gardening and meditating.
